to file

jjoc
In the Warbucle debacle, scene 4/8, about "to file" Gymglish said 'to file' cannot be used to refer to 'queuing' or 'standing in a line'.

In the Harraps Shorter there is to file, transitiv verb : classer
and to file, intrensitiv verb (to walk in line) marcher a la file, en ligne.

where is the truth?
