Hi, Nick, I'd have said like you, that working papers is a green card that gives legal authority to foreigners to work in the United States. But we wouldn't expect to receive that from an employer, do we ? And what I found in the web isn't exactly that : it's said on several places that its a document required for a minor to get a job. Horatio is'nt exactly a minor, I've been invited to his centenary a few months ago... So my answer is to say I don't know.
