Horatio Working papers

Hello In the last lesson I have received, Horatio says, among acknowledgement, that Bruno Delavigne gave him "working papers". Does he refer to some "green card" or something ? Thanks Nick

  • Hi, Nick, I'd have said like you, that working papers is a green card that gives legal authority to foreigners to work in the United States. But we wouldn't expect to receive that from an employer, do we ?
And what I found in the web isn't exactly that : it's said on several places that its a document required for a minor to get a job. Horatio is'nt exactly a minor, I've been invited to his centenary a few months ago...
So my answer is to say I don't know. What does gymglish says, did you ask for the words in the vocabulary requirement section?
    Good week to you,
