i send but not receive

it is not the first time i send my lesson to get my correction, but i never receive back my correction. So usually i do again my lesson, but not today i do my dirty character and i do not want to start again ; One time is enough. Thank you for your understanding. I will see tomorrow if i can work in good conditions.

Hello Joël,

That's strange! Are you still having the same problem?

If so, have you checked your Spam or Junk folders to see the correction emails go there, for some reason? And is your internet connection definitely OK?

If you still have problems, you should write to support AT gymglish DOT com, they can help you in more detail.
