I have just finished lesson 14, and one of the terms used is 'fork off': 'I've been grounded for telling my mother to fork off'.I didn't find the transation for this verb, do you know what it means exactly?
Hi Beatriz,
I guess this sentence is a pun between fork off (bifurquer ? (à confirmer)) and f...k off (insulte),
which have a close pronunciation...
Nice day to you.
