no future in time clauses
I'v got a big problem.
I learnt "no future in time clauses"
(when, by the time, as soon as, while, etc we do not use will or going to)
In my correction I found:
We cannot use the simple present tense when the construction requires a future tense form. When the subordinate clause of a sentence is introduced by 'when,' the verb of the subordinate clause must be put in the future tense.
Correct will return: 'Everyone is wondering...' uses the present progressive tense, and indicates that people are 'currently' or 'now' wondering when Luna will return (in the future). When the principal clause of a sentence uses a present tense verb form ('everyone is wondering'), and the subordinate clause is introduced by 'when,' the verb of the subordinate clause must be put in the future tense.
I need help!
Thank you so much.
