In the lesson "Hannah Helps a Stranger" I can read, "Kevin bought tickets for the theatre. Unfortunately, his credit card was rejected, so he must pay for the tickets in cash." I consider that in this tense there a mistake because the correct expression is "so he must pay for the tickets by cash (not 'in' cash!)" What do you think?
