Can you explain me why your translation for "outsourcing" is "sous-traitance". I think it's "délocalisation". Am I right ???

    To outsource
    The word "source" has as synonym "origin". Here: origin (of the work).
    Outsourcing is making work achieved outside the firm by someone else.
    To relocate
    If the firm transfers its plants abroad, it's said relocating (abroad).
