Translation of a word

I no more manage to get the translation of a word when I pass the mose above it .Why?

Well, Michèle, first of all swap the mose for a mouse.
Thereafter click on 'tools' in the above menu and look for 'translation'. It depends on which software you are using. I can't help more as I am not a computer geek.
