Delavigne Corporation is a fiction, but not far from true life : "26 Sep 2010 ... LONDON (Reuters) - Chinese food company Bright Food is in exclusive talks to buy Britain's United Biscuits ". Excerpt from GG Lesson "The Fantastic MR WANG" : "a new wave of Chinese entrepreneurs is now attacking aspects of the marketing ladder, extending their efforts to distribution, retailing and even branding". I cannot say I had not been warned ! (nota : BN brand and fabric in Nantes is concerned).
